Abundance by Design Instructor Certification

This instructor training is for those who have completed Abundance by Design and are ready to take the work beyond their own awareness and begin guiding others through it.

You’ll learn how to facilitate the Abundance by Design material with clarity, confidence, and integrity while understanding the deeper patterns behind scarcity, receiving, self-worth, identity, capacity, choice, and self-trust.

This is not about memorizing a script or teaching people what to think. It is about learning how to recognize the patterns underneath the conversation, ask better questions, create space for honest self-recognition, and help someone move from awareness into choice.

Inside the Instructor Certification, we will explore how to:

• Teach the core Abundance by Design framework
• Guide the exercises and self-reflection processes
• Recognize scarcity patterns that may not look like scarcity
• Work with receiving, worth, identity, capacity, and self-trust
• Help students recognize their own patterns without shame or judgment
• Facilitate conversations while allowing the student to retain their own authority
• Create a grounded, engaging classroom experience
• Integrate the Meet Yourself → Recognize → Choose process into your teaching
• Confidently lead Abundance by Design as a certified instructor

The goal is not to create instructors who simply repeat the material.

It is to develop instructors who understand it deeply enough to recognize what is happening in the room, remain curious, and help people see themselves more clearly.

Because abundance is not only about having more.

It is about becoming capable of recognizing what you already have, receiving what is available, choosing differently, and expanding your capacity to hold what you say you want.

Upon successful completion of the training, participants will receive their Abundance by Design Instructor Certification.

Meet Raena Marie

Raena Marie is the creator of The Awareness System - Formerly Algorithm of You® (AOY®), a human development framework designed to help individuals understand the patterns, emotions, beliefs, and virtues that influence the way they experience life.

For more than two decades, Raena has worked with people around the world to uncover the hidden systems that drive behavior, decision-making, relationships, success, and personal fulfillment. Through her work, she has discovered that abundance is not simply about money, achievement, or external success—it is about alignment.

Her approach combines emotional awareness, virtue development, pattern recognition, and practical self-understanding to help people move from reaction to intention and from survival to creation.

Raena’s journey has been shaped by both personal and professional transformation. Having navigated significant life changes, business growth, health challenges, parenting, leadership, and reinvention, she understands that abundance is rarely created through force. Instead, it emerges when we learn to work with ourselves rather than against ourselves.

Through the The Awareness System, Raena teaches that every person operates through a unique internal algorithm, a combination of beliefs, emotional patterns, virtues, habits, and responses that influence what they attract, create, and sustain. When individuals learn to understand and redesign that algorithm, they gain greater access to clarity, confidence, opportunity, fulfillment, and prosperity.

Abundance by Design was created to challenge the common belief that abundance is something we chase, earn, or achieve.

Instead, this workshop explores abundance as a state of alignment.

Participants will discover how their emotions influence receiving, how subconscious patterns impact opportunity, how virtues create sustainable prosperity, and how personal awareness becomes the foundation for lasting success.

This class is designed for individuals who want more than temporary motivation. It is for those who are ready to understand themselves at a deeper level, identify what has been limiting their growth, and intentionally create a life that reflects their true value.
